Prof. Oluwafemi Olaiya Balogun
The vice-Chancellor, Professor Oluwafemi Olaiya Balogun has expressed his heartfelt gratitude to members of the University community and well wishers for their contributions and support towards the success of his 58th Birthday celebration, held recently.
Professor Balogun said he was overwhelmed with the display of love to him on the occasion, as demonstrated through text messages, birthday cards and gift items.
Further expressing his appreciation, the Vice-Chancellor said, “I could hardly put together enough words, to express the depth of my appreciation to people, both within and outside the University for their display of love, affection and generosity”.
Prof. Balogun had therefore prayed, on behalf of the members of his family, for those who contributed in one form or the other that the joy and favour of God will never depart from their households.
