The University’s Governing Council, at its 66th Statutory Meeting had considered and accepted the notice of statutory retirement from the services of the University of the immediate past University Librarian, Mr. Abayomi Agboola.
A release, signed by the Acting Registrar, Mrs. C.B Kuforiji, said Council commended the retiree for his positive contributions to the development of the University Library and the University in general while wishing him best of luck in his future endeavours.
The release further informed that Mr. Agboola’s retirement was with effect from May 24, 2011.
