An Alumnus of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Mr. Arowolo Thomas, has expressed appreciation to the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Oluwafemi Olaiya Balogun for his purposeful leadership quality, which has made the University to be the pride among its contemporaries.
Mr. Thomas, in a text message to Prof. Balogun, showered accolades on him for maintaining a crisis-free administration and for his transformational efforts in all facets of the University.
Excerpt of the text reads:
“Out of a million Vice-Chancellors, you became the most appreciated one, in five years of crisis-free administration; you gave our school a befitting look.
Sir, you created a good image for us and everybody wishes to be a student of FUNAAB. I am one of the numerous that graduated under your leadership and am proud to tell you that my friends, Comrades and family that came to rejoice with me did pray for you for your wonderful performance in the school and I’m sure millions of families did the same on that day.
You are our hero and mentor. Await our simple book written in your honour.
