The Committee of Deans of Postgraduate Schools (CDPGS) of Nigerian Universities is inviting First Class and Second Class Upper degree holders in Science and Engineering, to apply for a special training programme on the development of purpose–driven researches.

The training will be bankrolled by the African Renaissance Institutes of Science and Technology (ARIST) in collaboration with CDPGS, the African University of Science and Technology (AUST) and Kwara State University (KWASU).

The programme is designed for Postgraduate Students and Assistant Lecturers that are currently enrolled as Masters and Doctoral students in the areas of Science, Technology and sustainable development in Nigerian Universities.

Course modules of the programme include Water Purification and Water Treatment, Eco-innovation and sustainable design, Bio-medical innovation and Global Health.

Others are Database Development and Management, Super Pavement Materials, Bio-exploration, Cervical Cancer Detection, among others.

Interested candidates have been advised to apply through e-mail   with one or two-page CV, letters of support from their Ph.D advisor and the Dean of their Postgraduate School. They are to also make available, their transcript and a single-page letter of purpose, to Professor Oluwatoyin T. Ogundipe at aris.cdpgs.program@gmail.com.
