The University has requested Heads of Departments and Units to forward their recommendations on staff that are due for promotion to the Registrar, for further processing to the next meeting of the Appointments and Promotion Committee for Academic Staff (APCAS) and Appointments and Promotion Committee for Non-Teaching Staff (APCONTS).
For Academic staff, the publication scores should be included in the report while a table of names, department and positions should be submitted along on a separate sheet for ease of reference.
Non-teaching Staff are to submit Twenty-five (25) copies of their Curriculum Vitae and spreadsheet while Academic staff are to submit Thirty-three (33) copies of same.
Submissions should reach the Office of the Deputy Director, Establishment Matters Unit (Senior Staff) on or before Friday, August 31, 2012.
