The leadership of the University’s Staff Cooperative Multi-purpose Society Limited has commended the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Olusola Bandele Oyewole for prompt payment of salaries.
The President of the Society, Professor Adewale Dipeolu gave the commendation while presenting his management report at the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the body, held at the Julius Okojie Lecture Theatre Complex.
Professor Dipeolu said the timely payment of salaries by the Management had enhanced smooth deduction of cheque-off, on timely basis.
According to him, “I have good cause to thank the University Management, as our new Vice-Chancellor has a lot to do for us in the years ahead”.
“I can only thank him now for ensuring that we get our salaries on time and our cooperative deductions almost immediately after salaries were paid”, he added.
