Leaders and those in positions of authorities have been charged not to forsake the gathering of the righteous, but to always come together in prayers and supplication for the unity and development of the country.

This was the main crux of the message at the 4th National Prayer Breakfast, held recently at the International Conference Centre, Abuja. In his exhortation, the Executive Director, Apostles in the Market Place, Nigeria, said the country needed God-fearing leaders that will drive it to development and advised them never to despair in heeding divine call.

Dignitaries present at the occasion included the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Olusola Oyewole; the former Prime Minister of Ethiopia, H E (Dr) Ramrat Layne Admassu; who gave the goodwill message and the Executive Director, Apostles in the Market Place, Nigeria, Pastor John Enelamah, who delivered the Keynote Address. The Senate President, Senator David Mark was the Chief Host. He also represented the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan who was the Special Guest of Honour. Ofcourse most members of the National Assembly were also present.

The National Prayer Breakfast is a platform to promote lasting relationships for national development, irrespective of political opinions, persuasions or affiliations.
