Late Dr. (Mrs.) Omobola Otubogun
The University has lost a staff, Dr. (Mrs.) Omobola Otubogun (Nee Adido) of the Health Services Department.
The deceased, who hailed from Kogi State, studied Medicine at the University of Ilorin, Kwara State.
According to a Council Member of the University and her senior colleague, Dr. Olusola Akinwande, late Mrs. Otubogun was a hardworking, humble and resourceful person, who related well with colleagues.
He also described her as a staff that was willing to learn, “though quiet, but very amiable. I never saw her frown and she was always full of life”, Dr. Akinwande noted.
Her husband, Mr. Otubogun described her as the best wife anyone could wish for.
Mrs. Otubogun, 28, died in the early hours of May 29, 2012 and has since been buried.
